Included with every Cloud plan

Remote dashboards, 30-day history, PDF and CSV reports, available signed software updates, and email support. Each report covers up to seven days.

Beacon Standard is $269 and Beacon+ is $369. Both include the first year of Home Cloud. Shipping and applicable tax are additional; contact SunPoint Beacon for availability and delivery. One subscription place covers one physical Beacon, connected directly or through a Hub. There is no extra Hub Cloud fee.

Hardware bundles and Cloud-only subscriptions

Your new hardware bundle includes Home Cloud for one year from activation. Choose a paid upgrade only if you need additional features.

For eligible Cloud-only subscriptions on an existing Beacon, all available Cloud features are included for 30 days. A card is required for that subscription trial. After the trial, your selected plan renews automatically at the displayed monthly or annual price, plus applicable tax. Cancel in Settings → Subscription before the trial ends to avoid the charge.

Annual billing pays for twelve months after the trial. Monthly billing pays for one month at a time. You can manage your subscription, payment method and invoices in Settings. Your local Beacon and Hub continue working without Cloud.

Optional five-Beacon ISP starter evaluation

The ISP plan starts with one Beacon. For a multi-location evaluation, ask about the five-Beacon starter: 90 days from confirmed delivery, cancellation by day 90 and 30 days to return after cancellation. A card and an approved deposit are required. If you keep it, the remaining hardware balance and Cloud billing begin on day 91.

Hardware mix, deposit, availability and full purchase terms are confirmed before payment. This is separate from the standard 30-day Cloud activation trial.
